I will dominate 'credible fighter' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.

Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming bout.

Ex two-time unified title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami's venue on 19 December.

Fighter's Mentality

"I will break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to really want to injure him. That's my intention."

Respectful Interaction

Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.

Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.

Taking Aim at Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.

"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.

"I acknowledge that."

Serious Opponent

In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.

"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.

Paul's Background

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.

He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Financial Attraction

Still, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making huge paydays.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would stop the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.

"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.

Size Disparity

As the two fighters engaged in the customary confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
